Provide a Clear, Strategic and Organizational Framework

According to Heathfield (2016) managers or HR heads at an organization must maintain close contact with their employees throughout the duration. Giving solutions as and when it is needs can prevent consequences such as Low productivity, high turnover, low performance, and strained relationships with colleagues and supervisors. Mainly negative causes are worries about job security, ineffective leadership, workload.
